so there's this position in schools, where this person is in charge of the computer and IT stuff. for some reason, this person is a Subject Head. probably because he's the person heading the subject of IT. and you know how Singapore Civil Service loves acronyms. so this poor Subject Head of IT is thus known as SHIT.

learning. always learning. constantly finding out how interesting a place this tiny little rock i call home can be if you are willing to immerse yourself in it. always one for controversies, i like to challenge things which people take for granted, which is what my blog is sometimes about. other times, it is just random prattle. :)
